Material
1)Material | 1)Classification | 3)Composition | 2)Properties |
Ceramic (Pot) | Clay | Iron, Alumina | hard, wear-resistant, brittle, refractory, thermal insulators, electrical insulators, nonmagnetic, oxidation resistant, prone to thermal shock, and chemically stable. |
Slate(Paving) | Natural Stone | Quarts,Muscovite,Biotite, Chlorite, Hematite, Pyrite | normally fine to medium grained, moderately hard & compact, less homogeneous with varying textures & shades. |
Quartzite(Tiles) | Natural Stone | Fuzzy quartz sand grains | very Hard, Compact, Fine grained, equi-granular homogeneous rocks of metamorphic nature |
Limestone (Chalk) | Natural Stone | Silica, Carbonate of lime, Carbonate of magnesia, Iron | Quite impervious, Hard, Compact, fine to very fine grained calcareous rocks of sedimentary nature |
Sandstone(Coaster) | Natural Stone | Quartz grains, Feldspar grains, Rock fragment grains | a sedimentary rock composed mainly of sand-sized minerals or rock grains, Most sandstone is composed of quartz and/or feldspar. Some sandstones are resistant to weathering, individual grains are hard |
Marble (Sculpture) | Natural Stone | Silica, Carbonate of lime, Carbonate of magnesia, Iron | non foliated metamorphic rock, composed mostly of calcite which is a crystalline form of calcium carbonate |

P.I.E.S Group Discussion Part 2
| P | I | E | S |
Waiting for bus at a bus stop | May not have enough seats at the bus stop and long waiting may cause people to be tired. | People can learn how to predict when the bus will come by using patterns. | If people wait long, they will get impatient and angry. | If you wait very long, you might make friends with new people due to boredom. |
Waiting for train at railway station | Drink while waiting for the train. | You will learn to be patient. | You will be excited to reach your destination. | You can talk on the phone to the person at the destination. |
Waiting for a plane at an airport | Very tired due to jet lag. | You can read books and gain new knowledge. | You will be happy as you are either going away or going back to your hometown. | You can talk to the passenger next to you about your destination. |

Stroller
Need: Physical, Emotional, Social
Reasons:
Physical
- The baby would not get sick of being held all the time
- The parent can rest after holding the baby
- It would be easier for the parents when going out with the baby
- The baby does not need to walk
Emotional
- The parents know that the baby is in the stroller and not lost
- The baby will be comfortable inside the stroller
- A comfortable baby is also a happy baby
- The parents would be happy as they know their baby is safe
